Of course, it is force-read as “Orcust” (or “Vesper” in the case of the Spell Card). In particular, Girsu and Enlilgirsu’s name are written as 宵星の騎士 (yoiboshi no kishi, Knight of the Evening Star), like in the title of this chapter.
