TL note: The Constellar Xyz Monsters have an upgraded crest from the non-Xyz Constellars. The reference art is highlighting that this is the case, but the terminology varies (and is often unreadable). So we’re generalizing it to “Xyz Version”.

TL note: The “materialized” one here is the black part of its chest that resembles an Evilswarm crest, as opposed to the two crests in its lower torso that are only two-dimensional lines on its white parts.

TL note: 宝玉 (hougyokku) literally means “jewel”, but in Yugioh terms, this is the word used for “Crystal” Beasts. Pick whichever word you like for these precious stones.

TL note: There is no order to those two images, so it’s not clear if Apelio fixes her hair, and then they start playing, or the other way round. They may not even be a sequence.
