TL note: “Supervised” here (監修, kanshuu) is a term used for when a third party creates a figure/model of the character, and it’s then “supervised” by someone with the seal of approval on whether it fits with the image of the character or not. The illustrator is mentioning that, among other cases where Masquerena was used as a character, one type of case is a third party creating a prototype for the figure, and then the illustrator would provide details as to what the concept of the character is like to the supervisor, who would then make a decision on the prototype.
TL note: The notes aren’t readable enough to determine for sure which part is supposed to extend. Maybe the illustrator means the ears, the tongue, or the general shape of the helmet
TL note: “Forced smile” uses the term for “business smile”, as in forcing a smile for a customer/client.
