The Special Packs in the set that come with cards are confirmed to each contains 3 Ultra Rare and 3 Parallel Rare foiled cards. So a total of 18 cards included besides the reprints of the hero’s ace monsters. It’s not noted how many of the cards are new cards and how many are old cards
